This is not a basic clean but a full top-to-bottom reset for lived-in homes, real estate showings, and move-in/out cleanings. In addition, every new client starts here so we can bring your space up to the Impeccably Clean standard.

We deep clean every room while working around your personal belongings, focusing on the areas most other cleaners overlook. This reset is ideal for homes that need more than just a maintenance clean, and is required before starting any recurring service.

The Ashley Reset includes:

• Full kitchen detail (appliance fronts, stove, sink, countertops, oven, fridge, and microwave)

• Full bathroom deep clean

• Baseboards, vents, light fixtures, fans, trim, doors, light switches

• Dust and wet-wipe of all surfaces

• Under and behind furniture

• Cabinet and drawer fronts only (interiors not included unless emptied)

• Floors thoroughly vacuumed and mopped

• Add-On Service: Window Cleaning
  Our window cleaning service goes beyond the glass. We provide a complete treatment that restores every component of your windows to a spotless condition. Each service includes:

  • Glass Panes

  • Frames and Tracks

  • Sills and Ledges

  • Edges and Corners

  Prices start at $35 per window, pursuant to window size and scope of the job.

Houses starting at $1,000 and apartments starting at $400, pursuant to the size and condition of the property.

Please note: Typically, resets will be followed by routine maintenance cleans, but we are currently short-staffed and unable to schedule recurring cleanings.
